About Your Agent:

Leonel Carmona is a strategic insurance consultant ( and one of the agency principals ) at Front Range Insurance & Financial Services. Leonel and Sandra ( sister not wife ) have operated Front Range Insurance for the last decade. Previously, Leonel had been helping clients put it all under one roof in a terrific career with American Family Insurance for the 11 years prior to the Front Range launch. Leo’s passion for helping people developed quickly in his first insurance career with the farmer from Myrna ( State Farm Insurance ) in the mid 1990 ‘s. He quickly learned that he could do more to help as an agent and branched off with the Leonel Carmona Agency.

His world class services span providing insurance solutions for clients in construction, oil & gas, transportation, and in manufacturing. Leonel’s value is far recaching and goes beyond the policies he places for his clients. He is often sought for his knowledge and resources to business owners in these segments. Carmona will take the time to learn a business’s goals and work with them to coordinate training and to provide assistance in achieving these goals by implementing and preparing strategic plans and then by guiding the clients through the plan development and the plan execution, and various other aspects of operational excellence.

In addition, he facilitates meetings in project management, youth leadership, ethics and other interpersonal topics. He conducts business analysis for various types of entrepreneurs and organizations in and out of Colorado. He is a mentor for student youth and he is an active community member. Leonel has often been heard saying, “ we are only as strong as the communities in which we do business. A win for the community is a win for us. “

When Leonel is not at work, he can be found spending time with his lovely wife Veronica, his kids Hannah, Maya and Roman. Leo is a proud grandfather of 2 terrific kiddos, Riley and Jacob. Along with spending time with his family, Leonel likes to bike ride, the outdoors, his dogs and target shooting.
